Terms & ConditionsTERMS AND CONDITIONS The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions outlined below. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. HCDC reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time without notice. ORDERING ONLINE All orders must be placed online. Online orders go directly to our billing and shipping departments for fast and efficient processing. Shipping rates (e.g. UPS Ground delivery) will be calculated based on the ship date not the order date. A WORD ABOUT SECURITY Given our commitment to safety and security, we assure that your order placed with HCDC is private and secure. Orders are processed directly through an SSL transmission to a secure server. Our site is protected by the highest level of security possible, including Hacker Safe, a website that is tested and certified daily to pass the SANS/FBI Internet Security Vulnerabilities Test. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us. CONCERN FOR YOUR PRIVACY Your personal information will be used solely by HCDC to process your order. Your address and other personal information will remain private and will not be shared, sold, or compromised in any way. WARRANTY HCDC’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund (30 days from date of purchase). A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on any refunded products at the discretion of HCDC. RETURN POLICY & RETURN MERCHANDISE AGREEMENT All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a brief explanation of the problem, and a Return Merchandise Agreement (RMA) number provided by an authorized HCDC employee. Please call HCDCfor an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from date of issue and items must be returned to us within that time. We will make every effort to process your return as soon as it is received. Returns must be securely packaged, prepaid, and shipped via a secure carrier at your expense. Please be sure to include the RMA number on the outside of the package and a copy of the original invoice inside the package. For your protection, we recommend UPS or Certified US mail with insurance. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the product gets to our facility safely. HCDC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged while in transit to us. All returns of defective or working merchandise may be repaired, replaced or refunded at the discretion of HCDC. Returns for refund must be received in resalable condition and must be accompanied by the original packing material, manuals and any other accessories provided with the original delivery. All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on purchase price or market price which ever is lower. Shipping fees are not refundable for any reason. CROSS SHIPMENT A cross shipment is considered a new order and is charged the full price of the product plus shipping. The defective product must be returned within 7 business days for credit, following the guidelines in our RETURN POLICY. No refund will be issued after 30 days of the purchase date or if the product is returned incomplete. A 20% restocking fee may apply. RESTOCKING FEE All returns for refund, exchange or upgrade may be subject to a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of HCDC. If you are unsure about the exact product you require, you can obtain assistance from our customer service department at HCDC Monday - Friday, 9am until 5pm, Eastern Standard Time (excluding Holidays.) ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY Your receipt of an electronic confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. HCDC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. HCDC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to upgrade your ordered item to a part of equal or greater value, or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed online must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Orders shipped to Florida will be subject to Florida Sales Tax. Such tax will be added to the order without notice. HCDC is not responsible for any fees incurred by the buyer as a result of any purchase or attempted purchase, regardless of the reason(s) for the fees. This includes but is not limited to; bounced check fees, duties, credit card fees and over-limit fees. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY HCDC reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers,HCDC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, HCDC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Changes or cancellations to orders placed on the internet cannot be cancelled online. If you need to change or cancel the order, you must contact us within 12 hours directly at HCDC from 9am to 5pm Monday – Friday, Eastern Standard Time (excluding Holidays). If you inform us of your desire to cancel the order after we have charged your credit card, but prior to shipping, you will be charged the credit card processing fee of 3% or $3. |
